You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 15 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason, pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and EU Directive 2011/83.

The fastest way to request a return is to sign in to your customer account and start the request directly from the relevant order. Alternatively, you can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending a notice to contacts@bngrealshoes.com, optionally using the Withdrawal Form, before the 15-day period expires. No approval or assessment on our part is required: withdrawal is your right.

We will provide you with return instructions. The product must be shipped back intact, with original labels and packaging, via a trackable courier service, within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.

For returns from Italy, you can request a prepaid return label from us: the corresponding cost, a flat fee of €10, will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may arrange your own trackable shipment at your own expense. For returns from abroad, trackable shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product (or of receiving trackable proof of shipment, whichever occurs first), using the same payment method used for the purchase.
