TERMS OF SALE
These conditions apply to all offers and contracts relating to the sale and delivery of B&G Projects Srl goods. In other words, the Buyer agrees to comply with these conditions when ordering one or more goods from the B&G Concept Store website (bngrsconceptstore.it).
REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH B&G PROJECTS SRL
To purchase a Good through the B&G Concept Store website (bngrsconceptstore.it) you must be 18 years of age or older.
PURCHASE METHODS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. After viewing an item "Example code no. 17D004-1", you can proceed with the order by clicking on the "ADD TO CART" button.
2. At the end of your order, click on the "VIEW CART" button.
6. A summary of your order will appear in your cart. You can remove items from your cart using the cross icon. You can empty your cart using the "X" button or add more items. When finished, click "Checkout."
7. You will move to a new field where you will be asked to enter your personal data.
If you had already registered on the website before placing your order, you can log in by clicking "Login".
If you wish to ship the goods to a different address, please tick the "SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS" box.
9. After verifying your shipping address, you will be asked to double-check the size you entered for your goods and given the option to re-download the size verification document for BnG Real Shoes goods.
You will also be asked to accept the general terms and conditions and the privacy policy for the site.
10. You will be asked to choose your payment method. Check the box with your preferred payment method. The payment methods are:
ONLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS. Transactions take place in a secure environment. We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, and CARTASI-PAYPAL.
Upon receipt of the credit notification, we will create the customized shoe as ordered and subsequently ship the purchased GOODS.
11. After choosing your payment method, click "CONFIRM ORDER". You will receive an email with a summary of your order, detailing all the items ordered and the payment method used. If you choose "ADVANCE BANK TRANSFER", you will need to print the order summary you will receive by email, which will include the bank details for the advance bank transfer. It is very important to include the order number, found in the summary you will receive by email, and the name and surname of the person placing the order in the reason for payment.
TRANSPORT
Shipping is handled by our trusted courier. Upon receiving the goods, the customer must check that the number of packages corresponds to the number indicated on the consignment note and that the goods are undamaged. In the event of damage, the customer must refuse the damaged package and return it to the courier. Upon delivery, the courier must provide the customer with a copy of the consignment note, noting the type and quantity of the rejected goods. The customer will then forward a copy of this letter to B&G Projects Srl for information by letter or email to info@begprojects.com.
Goods travel at our own risk. The costs of returning damaged goods and the replacement package are borne by B&G Projects Srl.
TRANSPORT COSTS
Shipping costs will be entirely borne by the buyer.
DELIVERY TIMES
The goods are shipped via traditional courier.
Average delivery time: 2 weeks.
For specific home delivery issues and for customers who are unable to reach their homes for work, we recommend requesting our free telephone notification service before delivery by selecting the appropriate icon in the personal details section.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty days of the date of conclusion of the contract, barring any impediments due to force majeure or other causes beyond the control of the parties.

CONTRACT FOR THE SALE OF GOODS
1. PREMISE
The following conditions govern the contractual relationship between B&G Projects Srl (VAT no. 03888110230), with registered office at Viale dell'Industria, 37, 37015 Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella 37015 VR. Tel. +39 045 683 8406, email info@begprojects.com , represented by its legal representative Emanuele Guardini (hereinafter B&G Projects), and the natural or legal person (hereinafter: buyer) who purchases the goods (hereinafter: the GOODS) promoted by B&G Projects online. Any changes to this contract must be accepted in writing by B&G Projects.
2. METHODS OF CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
All terms and conditions contained on the B&G Projects website are intended to be an invitation to submit a specific contract proposal, or terms and conditions intended to allow the buyer to submit a specific contract proposal.
Therefore, only after completing the selection process and reviewing the general information can the buyer submit a purchase offer for the goods to B&G Projects. B&G Projects reserves the right to accept or reject such an offer. In the event of non-acceptance, the buyer will not be entitled to anything, and the buyer hereby waives any claim for compensation or damages against B&G Projects.
In case of acceptance, B&G Projects will send the buyer an order confirmation message (hereinafter: acceptance) containing the contractual conditions.
The order confirmation will be sent by B&G Projects via email.
3. PRICE
The price of the goods covered by the contract is that indicated in the purchase proposal sent by the buyer, as resulting from the acceptance.
The price includes VAT (for EU countries) and is free on delivery, excluding shipping costs as shown in the purchase proposal and order confirmation.
4. ELECTION OF COMPUTERIZED DOMICILE
The buyer declares that he/she has chosen the email address indicated in the purchase proposal as his/her electronic domicile and, therefore, hereby consents to all communications being sent to the aforementioned address.
The buyer undertakes to communicate in writing any changes to the aforementioned electronic domicile.
5. PAYMENT
The buyer undertakes to pay the price as indicated in the purchase proposal and acceptance.
Ownership of the goods will, in any case, pass to the buyer only after payment of the price by the buyer to B&G Projects Srl
6. DELIVERY
Once B&G Projects receives the payment due, it will package and deliver the goods via courier or postal service. However, the buyer is responsible for verifying with the relevant customs authorities that there are no import restrictions on the goods. B&G Projects cannot be held responsible for any import restrictions in the country of destination of the purchased product.
Delivery times are approximately set at 2 weeks.
Delivery will be made in any case as soon as possible and, in any case, within 2 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract.
The terms are not, however, peremptory.
The parties agree that any impediments due to force majeure or other causes beyond the control of the parties shall be reserved.
7. IMPEDIMENTS
If, after the buyer has paid the price and before delivery, force majeure or other causes beyond the control of B&G Projects occur which prevent the latter from delivering the goods, the amount paid will be refunded to the buyer within 15 days of receipt of the order, applying a deductible of 5.00 Euros.
8. WARRANTY
B&G Projects guarantees that the contractual goods comply with current Italian legislation. The legal guarantee of conformity is also recognized for purchased goods pursuant to Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005) if the purchaser is a consumer, and pursuant to Articles 1490 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code if the purchaser is a professional.
9. EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
9.1 The goods covered by this contract are considered custom-made and clearly personalized goods pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letter C) of the Consumer Code.
Therefore, the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code does not apply to the aforementioned goods.
10. RETURN OF GOODS
B&G Projects guarantees the buyer the possibility of requesting a replacement only for some of the purchased goods. In particular, the return policy will be applied only for the models indicated and available for consultation at bngrealshoes.com/return-policy/ . In any case, the replacement of the product cannot be requested due to an error in the size of the product.
Goods must be returned or delivered in their original packaging, intact, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and accompanied by the identification tag, label, or seal attached. B&G will not be able to accept, for Goods eligible for returns will be returned if the above conditions are not properly met and the label, sticker, or seal is not intact and attached to the goods. Specifically, the goods must not show obvious signs of use, other than those consistent with a normal test of the item. Therefore, they must not show signs of prolonged use (more than a few minutes) beyond the time necessary for a test, and they must not be in such a condition that they are unresellable.
11. PRIVACY (GDPR (EU) 2016/679)
The buyer's personal data will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679, fully effective as of May 25, 2018, according to the methods specifically indicated in the Information on the Processing of Personal Data (pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003).
12. GENERAL INFORMATION
1. The goods covered by the contract, the price including taxes and duties, delivery costs, payment methods, as well as existing assistance services and commercial guarantees are described in the conditions of the "contract for the sale of goods".
4. The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal according to the legal terms indicated above.

The buyer's personal data will be processed in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 according to the methods specifically indicated in the information on the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.
6. B&G Projects Srl will not be responsible for any anomalies, interruptions, or suspensions of the Internet network, nor for the content of any unauthorized hypertext sites connected to it.
7. The publication, posting, or transmission, in any form, even if partially modified, of the site's content, including images, text, sounds, codes, etc., is not permitted.

14. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by and must be interpreted exclusively in accordance with Italian law. The Court of Verona shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes, without prejudice to the applicability of mandatory provisions of law and jurisdiction established for the protection of consumers.
15. LANGUAGE
This transaction deed is drafted in Italian and translated into English. The parties agree that any dispute regarding the interpretation of this deed shall be resolved in accordance with the meaning of the legal terms used in the Italian language.
16. ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION FOR CONSUMERS
European consumers purchasing from us through our website or online are advised that they may resolve any dispute relating to and/or arising from contracts for the sale of goods and services entered into with us out of court using the alternative online dispute resolution (ODR) systems available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
Using these systems, while still optional for the consumer, may lead to the resolution of disputes, avoiding legal proceedings.
